About Black Star Global

Who We Are

Black Star Global FZ-LLC is a UAE-headquartered strategic advisory, security, and programme delivery firm operating across Africa, the Gulf, and emerging markets. We work with governments, sovereign institutions, international investors, and commercial operators in environments where the conventional advisory model fails — too slow, too removed, and too unwilling to be accountable for outcomes.

Our Premise

Black Star Global was built on a different premise: that the most effective security and advisory firms do not report and leave. They embed, coordinate, and deliver. We deploy in-country, operate our own Command and Control, produce our own intelligence, and manage programmes from feasibility through to operational security — as a single, accountable authority.

Our Reach

Headquartered in Dubai with active operations across Kenya, Uganda, Mozambique, Nigeria, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Angola, DRC, South Africa, the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Romania, Albania, the Gulf, and the Mediterranean — Black Star Global brings together strategic advisory, security programme delivery, intelligence production, aerial operations, cyber defence, training, and logistics under one structure — selected and integrated for each client mandate.

Our Standard

We measure ourselves by programme outcomes, not report volumes. Every engagement is governed by clear deliverables, accountable leadership, and a commitment to remain until the mandate is complete. This is not consultancy. This is programme ownership.

Our Growth

From our founding operations in East Africa to today’s multi-continent platform, Black Star Global has grown by delivering results in the environments where others will not operate.

How We Work

Engagement Model

01

Assess

Threat landscape analysis, institutional assessment, and programme scoping. We define the operating environment before we define the solution.

02

Design

Programme architecture, capability specification, and delivery planning. Every element designed around the client’s operational context.

03

Deploy

In-country delivery, technology integration, personnel deployment, and command activation. We operate alongside the client.

04

Oversee

Continuous monitoring, intelligence production, reporting, and programme governance. We remain accountable for outcomes.

Operating Principles

The Principles That Define Us

Embedded, Not Advisory

We commit to the programme. Black Star Global sits inside client operations, aligned to their objectives, for the duration of the engagement.

Intelligence-Led

Every decision, every deployment, every programme is grounded in current, verified intelligence. We operate ahead of the threat.

Total Discretion

Our clients operate in environments where discretion is not optional. Black Star Global’s internal security protocols, NDA architecture, and data handling standards reflect that reality.

Sovereign in Command

Black Star Global’s Command and Control Centre is operated exclusively by our own vetted personnel. No outsourcing. No third-party access.

Capability that Lasts

We build institutional capability that outlives our engagement. Training programmes, doctrine, and systems designed to operate independently.
