Initial Conversation
Suitable candidates will be contacted for an introductory call with the relevant programme lead or capability director. This is a two-way conversation — we want to understand your background, and you should understand ours.
Vetting & Background Verification
All candidates undergo thorough background verification appropriate to the role and operating environment. This may include security clearance checks, reference verification, and skills assessment.
Deployment Consideration
Cleared candidates are placed on the active deployment roster for current and upcoming programme requirements matching their profile.

Operational Depth
You have done the work — not just advised on it. We value people who have operated in the field, led teams, and delivered programmes.
Sector Expertise
Security, intelligence, cyber, aviation, maritime, conservation, logistics, or advisory — we need depth, not breadth.
Discretion
Black Star Global operates in sensitive environments for clients who require total confidentiality. This is non-negotiable.
Geographic Experience
Priority experience: Sub-Saharan Africa, Gulf / GCC, Mediterranean. In-country experience is a significant advantage.
Adaptability
Our programmes don’t follow a template. You need to be comfortable designing and delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
